The loyalty programme is divided into two levels: Silver and Gold.
SILVER
Silver members receive an exclusive 10% discount on the room rate for each stay, which is a substantial benefit from the first loyalty level. They also have access to tea and coffee-making facilities in their room, as well as free Wi-Fi and Chromecast access to stream their favourite shows on the big screen.

GOLD
Gold members, staying 11 nights or more, enjoy even more special privileges.
As well as an even more profitable 12% discount on the room rate, they are entitled to a free room upgrade if available, for an even more luxurious stay experience. They can also check in earlier and check out later, subject to availability.
Gold members also receive a complimentary welcome drink and complimentary bottles of mineral water. They also have access to in-room tea and coffee making facilities and Chromecast.
